 Week 3, Term 1, 2021



Someone who has helped me with my learning this year is Brody by helping me with numbots.


The most interesting/fun thing we have done during class time is numbots because it teaches you maths in a FUN way!


The most fun thing that I have done at a play or lunchtime this year is pokemon because I got mega chazard and it is FUN!


One word that describes learning in Whetu is AWESOME!!! 


Something I am looking forward to is hockey.

    I'm really enjoying NumBots too and am so pleased that everyone is enjoying it. Won't be too long and hockey will be on again - you are a great hockey player! You've settled really well into Whetu, James, well done.

Kite day

 Last Friday was kite day me and Corey made a shark kite I drew it and Corey helped colour it. We used bamboo for the mast and duck tape to hold it together. Corey ran with the kite but it got caught on his shoe and broke. We worked in the QZ to make our kite. What worked well was drawing the shark and colouring it in.

 For play, make, create I worked with Zac and Ganidu. We made a dice for Theodore to make his decisions. Our book we based the dice on was Theodore the unsure. What worked well was sticking it together. I would change the writing on the dice.
