High tides and low tides are caused by the moon. The moon's gravitational pull generates something called the tidal force. The tidal force causes earth and its water to bulge out on the side farthest from the moon. These bulges of water are high tides.
Today was play, make, create. I worked by myself to make a treasure map. Today we based our creations on a book called rain before rainbows. What worked well was making the islands.
For play, make, create I worked with Zac and Ganidu. We made a dice for Theodore to make his decisions. Our book we based the dice on was Theodore the unsure. What worked well was sticking it together. I would change the writing on the dice.
Today for Whetu challenge I worked with Dylan, Tommi, and Leo. We made the tower out of newspaper and tape. What worked well was rolling up the newspaper. I would have made the tower a little bigger.
